Obok Chunjang is an essential ingredient for cooking delicious Jjajang sauce! To make Jjajang sauce, cut the meat and vegetables into pieces, and add 2Tsp of cooking oil and stir-fry. Pour in 3Tsp of cooking oil and stir-fry Obok Chunjang and boil it until the vegetables get fully cooked. Dissolve 3Tsp of starch or starch powder and 1/2 glass of water, and boil the mixture for about 2 minutes. Serve the Jjajang sauce with noodles or rice. Obok Chunjang got HACCP certification, ensuring the safety of the product. Product of Korea, 500g.
