This is a three-time concentrated type general-purpose soup sauce that is made with a special production method that uses a special grade soy sauce that goes well with the soup sauce to bring out the taste of bonito flakes. You can use it for a wide range of dishes such as mentsuyu and tempura soup, stewed foods and bowls, and Japanese dressing with a little arrangement. We use domestically produced bonito flakes and kelp. With this one, the breadth of dishes will be expanded. Since there is no preservative added, be sure to store it in the refrigerator after opening it, and use it as soon as possible.
