Made in Kagoshima, home of Japan's last samurai, this Japanese ramen is safe for people with restrictions on animal-derived ingredients. 


The soup is based on miso, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, and is carefully cooked with vegetables and spices in a soup stock made from kombu (kelp).
