Yang Jiang Peserved Black Beans (Dried Fermented Black Soybeans) is processed by a traditional natural method with balck bean grown in Yang Jiang area. Peserved Black Beans have been dried and fermented with salt and are mainly used as a versatile seasoning for various Chinese dishes. Because of strong flavor, black beans are used with other strong seasonings. Dried Black soybean are used steamed fish, mapo tofu and twice-cooked pork from Sichuan, and steamed pork ribs and also for many famous Sichuan dishes. Dried Black Bean are normally rinsed before being used in cooking. Please store Dried Black Bean in a sealed container in a cool, dark place. Instruction: 1. Soak in a pot of water until soft. 2. Rinse with water 2 to 3 times. 3. Boil herbs for at least 20-25 minutes in hight temperature. 4. Mix with your favorite meats and let simmer for another hour. 5. Do not reuse herbs please discard after serving.
